வாஸ்து சார்ந்த விஷயத்தில் மனைகளை ஒவ்வொரு வகையாக பிரிப்போம். அப்படி பிரிக்கின்ற பொழுது மூன்றாவது தரவரிசை படியில், எந்த மனை இருக்கும் என்பது பற்றி வாஸ்து ரீதியாக தெரிந்து கொள்வோம். வீடு கட்டும் இடம் அருகில் கிழக்கில் சாலை இருந்து அது இடத்தை விட பள்ளமாக இருந்து, மற்ற மூன்று திசைகளிலும் அதாவது வடக்கு தெற்கு மேற்கு உயரமாக அல்லது, கட்டிடங்கள் உயரமாக அல்லது, மலைகள் உயரமாக இருந்தால் இது மூன்றாம் தர இல்லம். வீடு கட்டும் இடத்திற்கு கிழக்கு மற்றும் தெற்கு திசைகளில் சாலை இருந்து, கிழக்குத் தெரு வரை சாலை நின்று விட்டால் கூட, கிழக்குத் தெரு பள்ளமாக இருந்தால் இது மூன்றாம் தரமான மனை.
வீடு கட்டும் இடத்திற்கு மேற்கு திசையில் மட்டும் சாலை இருந்தால் இது மூன்றாம் தரமான மனை. ஆக இப்படி இருக்கின்ற மனைகளை முதல் தரமான மனைகளாக மாற்றி வைக்கிற வேலைதான் எங்களைப் போல இருக்கிற வாஸ்து நிபுணர்களின் வேலை என்று சொல்லுவேன். எல்லோரும் மேற்கு பார்த்து கட்டி விட்டார்களே நாமும் கட்டி விடுவோம் என்று நினைத்துக் கட்டினால் என்னை பொறுத்த அளவில் தவறு என்று சொல்வேன். யாருக்கு யோகம் இருக்கிறதோ அவர்கள் மட்டுமே என்னைப் போல் இருக்கிற வாஸ்து நண்பர்களை அழைத்து, வாஸ்து பார்த்து கட்டும் பொழுது நல்ல யோககாலம் உங்களுக்கு அமையும் என்பேன்.
Let us divide the flats into each type in terms of Vastu. While dividing like that, let’s know Vastu wise about which house will be in the third ranking step. If the house is near the road in the east and it is shallower than the land and in other three directions i.e. North South West is high or buildings are high or mountains are high then it is third class house. Even if the road from the east and south direction of the building site to the east street stops, if the east street is ditched then it is a third class plot.If there is a road only towards the west side of the house construction site then it is a third class plot. So, I would say that the work of Vastu experts like us is the work of converting such plots into first-class plots. If everyone looks to the west and thinks that we will build it, I will say that it is wrong as far as I am concerned.
