வீடு கட்டும் பொழுது அந்த இடத்தை சுத்தம் செய்யும்போது சல்லியம் பார்க்க வேண்டும் என்று நிறைய மக்கள் சொல்லுவார்கள். பழைய வாஸ்து நபர்கள் அந்த வார்த்தையை சொல்வார்கள். ஒரு இடத்தில் எலும்புகள் புதைந்து இருந்ததோ, புதைந்து இருந்தாலோ ஓடுகள் இருந்தாலோ,கரி இருந்தாலோ பழைய கட்டிடத்தின் சிதைவுகள் இருந்தாலோ, வீட்டிற்கு கஷ்டங்களை கொடுக்கும் கஷ்டப்படுவார்கள் என்று சொல்வார்கள். சகலதோஷங்களும் இருக்கும் என்று சொல்வார்கள் நான் சொல்கிற விஷயம் என்னவென்றால் வாஸ்து சாஸ்திரத்தில் இது எல்லாம் இருக்கிறதா? என்று சொன்னால் நான் இல்லை என்று சொல்லுவேன் ஏனேன்று சொன்னால் இந்த பூமியே போர்க்களம் தான். பூமியில் இருக்கிற நிலக்கரி ஒரு காலத்தில் அழிவுகளின் சிதைவுதான் என்று சொல்ல வேண்டும். அந்த இடத்தில் அதன் மேல் அந்த பூமியின் மேல் யாருமே வாழவில்லை என்று சொன்னால் வாழ்ந்து கொண்டுதான் இருக்கிறார்கள் என்று சொல்லுவேன். அந்த வகையில் சில வாஸ்து நிபுணர்கள் சொல்வார்கள் பூமி சுத்தம் செய்வது பழைய வீட்டை புதுப்பிக்கும் போது புதிய வீடு கட்டும்போது மனைகள் இருக்கிற பழைய மண்ணைத் தோண்டி புதிய மண்ணின் நிரப்ப வேண்டும் என்று சொல்வார்கள். இந்த விஷயம் இந்த வீடு கட்டும் மக்களுக்கு வீண் செலவுதானே தவிர வேற எதுவும் கிடையாது எப்படி இருந்தாலும் நாம் மேல்மட்டம் செய்வதற்கு புதிய மண் கொட்டித்தான் ஆகவேண்டும். ஆக நான் சொல்லுகிற விஷயம் வாஸ்து சாஸ்திர விதிகளின்படி சுடுகாட்டில் இல்லத்தை கட்டினால் கூட சரியான முறையில் வாஸ்துப்படி கட்டினால் எந்த விதமான தீமைகளும் இருக்காது என்பதுதான் எனது பதிலாக இருக்கும். ஆக இந்த இடத்தில் இந்த உலகத்தில் இன்றைய காலகட்டம் வரை உயிர்கள் பிறப்பதும், உயிர்கள் இறப்பதும் நடந்து கொண்டுதான் இருக்கின்றது. ஆக இயற்கையின் காரணமாக பூமி அதிர்ச்சி, புயல் வெள்ளம் ஆகியவற்றால் உயிர்கள் அழிகின்றன. அவற்றின் எலும்புகள் அந்த இடத்திலேயே விழுந்து விடுகின்றன. ஆக எவ்வளவு ஆழத்தில் உள்ள ஆழத்தில் நீங்கள் பூமியை தோண்டினாலும் அந்த இறப்பு கழிவுகளை நீங்கள் எடுக்க முடியுமா என்று சொன்னால் முடியாது என்று தான் சொல்ல முடியும். பழைய வாஸ்து மனிதர்கள் சொல்லுவார்கள் வீடு கட்டுகிற அந்த கட்டிட உரிமையாளர் அவருடைய இடுப்பு வரையிலும் கழுத்து வரையிலும், எலும்பைக் கண்டு எடுக்க ஆழத்தை குறிப்பிடுவார்கள். இதற்கென்று எந்த முறையும் இல்லை என்பது தான் எனது பதில். ஆக இன்றைய வளைகுடா நாடுகளில் பெட்ரோலிய கழிவுகளும் மனிதனின் மரங்களின் கழிவுகளை உயிரின் எச்சங்களே. அதேபோன்று நிலக்கரி இருக்கிற இடமும் மரங்களும் மனிதர்களின் எச்சங்களே. இன்றைக்கு ஜப்பானில் இருக்கிற நாகசாகி நகரத்தில் இறந்த உயிர்களின் மேல்தான் நகரங்களை அமைத்து வாழ்கின்றார்கள். ஆக இந்த விஷயத்தை வாஸ்துவோடு இணைத்து பார்ப்பது சரியானது கிடையாது என்று சொல்லுவேன். வாஸ்து முறைப்படி நீங்கள் வீடு கட்டி எங்கு வேணாலும் கட்டலாம் இந்த சல்லியம் பார்ப்பது, எலும்பு பொறுக்குவதெல்லாம் தேவையில்லாத ஆணி புடுங்குகிற விஷயம் என்று வாஸ்து வகையில் என்னால் உறுதியாகச் சொல்ல முடியும்.

Old Vastu people say that the builder who is building a house will specify the depth to find the bone up to his waist and neck. My answer is that there is no method for this. According to Vaastu you can build a house wherever you want.
