ஒரு இடத்தை ஒரு இல்லத்தை பல மண்டலங்களாக பிரித்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும் . அதில் வடகிழக்கு மண்டலம் என்பதை கவனமாக பார்த்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். இங்கே எப்பொழுதுமே திறப்புக்கள் கதவுகள் இருக்க வேண்டும். இந்த இடத்தில் மரங்களும் பொருள்களும் வைக்காமல் இருப்பது சாலச்சிறந்தது. இதற்கு எதிர் நிலையில் இருக்கக்கூடிய தென்மேற்கு பகுதியை சரியாக கவனிக்க வேண்டும். இந்த இடம் சரியாக இருந்தால் மட்டுமே ஒரு இல்லத்தில் செலவுகள் கட்டுப்படுத்தப்படும். இந்த இடத்தில் வாஸ்து ரீதியாக பள்ளங்களோ, எடை அதிகரிக்கும் பொருள்கள் வைக்காமலோ இருப்பது தவறு. இதை கவனித்துக் கொண்டு ஒரு இல்லத்தை முதல் முதலாக சரி செய்தால் மட்டுமே வாஸ்துவில் தொடக்கமாக என்னால் பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.
