ஒரு இடத்தில் வடமேற்கு வடக்கு பகுதியின் வாயு மூலை நீண்டு இருந்தால் வடகிழக்கு குறைந்துவிடும் அப்படி இருக்க கூடிய இடங்களில் அங்கு வசிக்கிற மக்கள் அதிக கஷ்டங்களுக்கு உட்படுகிற ஒரு மனிதர்களாக இருப்பார்கள். அதே சமயம் தூரத் தேசங்களுக்கு சென்று பிரிந்து விட்டால் ஒரு கஷ்டம் என்பது அவர்களுக்கு பெரிதாக இருக்காது. அதே சமயம் அதிக செலவு செய்யக்கூடிய மனிதர்களாகவும், வரவு செலவுகளை அதிகம் செய்து ஆனால் லாபம் இல்லாமல் இருக்கும் இடமாகவும், அதிக தரித்திரங்களை அனுபவிக்க கூடிய இடமாகவும்,பயணம் செய்து வரும் நபர்கள் இருக்கக்கூடிய இடமாக இருக்கும். இது போன்ற இடங்களில் இருக்கிற மக்கள் தான் சொந்த வீடுகளில் இருக்க மாட்டார்கள். வாடகை வீடுகளில் வசிப்பார்கள். சொந்த வீடு இருந்தாலும் வாடகை வீட்டில் வசிப்பவர்கள் ஆவார். ஆக இந்த வடமேற்கு வடக்கு பகுதி வாஸ்து ரீதியாக சரியாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.அப்போது மட்டுமே எதிர் மறை வாஸ்து பலனை கொடுக்காமல் இருக்கும்.
