வாஸ்து சார்ந்த வகையில் வடகிழக்கு என்பது மிக மிக முக்கியம். அந்த வகையில் ஆழ்துளை கிணறு என்பது வடகிழக்கில் மட்டுமே அமைக்க வேண்டும். எனது வாஸ்து பயணங்களில் நான் அறிந்து கொண்ட மிகப்பெரிய தவறு என்று சொன்னால், மேற்கு பார்த்த வீடுகளில் நகர்ப்புறங்களில் வட மேற்கிலும், தெற்கு பார்த்த மனைகளில் தென்கிழக்கு பகுதியில் அமைப்பார்கள் . காரணம் என்னவென்றால், அந்த ஆழ்துளை கிணறு பழுதடைந்தாலோ, அல்லது தண்ணீர் இல்லாமல் போகும் போதோ, மீண்டும் ஒரு ஆள்துறை கிணறை அதிக ஆழப்படுத்துவதற்காக அல்லது, அதன் மின் மோட்டரை அப்புறப்படுத்துவதற்காகவும், புதிதாக அமைப்பதற்காகவும், அந்த இடங்களில் ஒரு சில விஷயங்கள் தேவைப்படும் என்பதற்காக வடகிழக்கில் கொண்டு அமைத்துக் கொண்டால் நாம், அதை சரி செய்து கொள்வது கடினம்.மேலும் ரீபோர் போடுவது என்பதும் கடினம் என்பதற்காக தவறான முறையில் அமைப்பார்கள் . அந்த தவறுகளை எக்காரணம் கொண்டும் செய்ய வேண்டாம். அது வடகிழக்கு வாஸ்து குற்றமாக முடிந்து விடும்.
North East is very important in terms of Vastu. In that case the borewell should be constructed only in the North East. The biggest mistake I have come to know in my Vastu travels is that in urban areas, West facing houses are built in North West and South facing plots in South East. The reason is that if the bore well breaks down, or runs out of water, it is difficult for us to repair it if we set up a bore well again in the north-east to deepen it further or to remove its electric motor and set up a new one, which requires a few things in those places. Reboring is also difficult because they are set up incorrectly. Don’t make those mistakes for any reason. It will end up as North East Vastu crime.
