வடகிழக்கு பாகத்திலிருந்து வீட்டில் உபயோகிக்கிற தண்ணீர் மற்றும், மழை தண்ணீர் வெளியே சென்றால் சிறப்பு. அதேபோல ஒவ்வொரு அறையையும் வடகிழக்கு கிழக்கு அல்லது, வடகிழக்கு வடக்கு திறப்பாக அமைத்துக் கொண்டால் வாஸ்துதியாக சிறப்பு. சில இடங்களில் தெற்கு உச்சத்திலும் மேற்கு உச்சத்திலும் அமைப்பு என்பது சிறப்பு அங்கீகாரம் என்கிற வகையில் அமைப்பார்கள். என்னை பொறுத்த அளவில் வைப்பதற்கு வாய்ப்பு இருந்தால் வடகிழக்கில் வைத்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள் என்பேன் அது வாஸ்துரீதியாக மிகுந்த ஒரு நன்மையை கொடுக்கிற இடமாக இருக்கும்.வடகிழக்கு சார்ந்த பகுதியில் கிணறு எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்று நினைத்தால் வீட்டுக்காக பார்க்க கூடாது. கிணறுக்காக இடம் என்பது மொத்த இடத்திற்காக பார்க்க வேண்டும் . அப்படி அமைக்கின்ற பொழுது வீட்டுக்காக பார்க்கும் பொழுது, ஒரு சில இடங்களில் நல்ல யோகத்தை கொடுக்காமல், கிழக்கு பாகத்திற்கும் அல்லது, வடக்கு பாகத்திற்கும் சென்றுவிடும். அதனை கவனித்து கிணறை அமைக்க வேண்டும். ஆக இது எனது அனுபவ வாஸ்து பதிவு .
