மரங்கள் என்கிற விஷயம் வாஸ்து ரீதியாக சரியான இடத்தில் இருக்கும் பொழுது நல்ல பலன்களையும், தவறான இடத்தில் இருக்கும் பொழுது அந்த வீட்டுக்கு கிடைக்கும் நல்ல பலன்களையும் தடுக்கும் நிகழ்வாக இருக்கும், அந்த வகையில் எப்பொழுதுமே வடக்கு கிழக்கு பகுதிகளில் மரங்கள் வரக்கூடாது. ஒரு சில வீடுகளில் வடமேற்கு பகுதியில் மற்றும் இல்லத்திற்கு வடகிழக்குப் பகுதியில் கிளைகளை பரப்பி நிற்கும். அதே போல ஒரு இல்லத்தின் தென்கிழக்கு மூலையில் , தென்கிழக்கு பகுதியில் கிளைகளை பரப்பி இருக்கும் . அதுபோக ஒரு இல்லத்தில் கிழக்கு பார்த்த வீடு களில் தென்கிழக்கு பகுதியில் வைக்கின்ற மரம் அடுத்த இல்லத்தில் வடக்கு பகுதிக்கு பரந்து நிற்கும் இதனை வாஸ்து வழியே தவறாக பார்க்கப்படுகிறது. அப்படி இருக்கின்ற மற்றவரின் மரங்கள் ஒரு இல்லத்திற்கு வடகிழக்கு சுற்றுச் சுவருக்கு உள்ளாக வருவதற்கு இல்லாமல் ஒரு தடுப்புகளை ஏற்படுத்த வேண்டும். அதாவது அதனை கொஞ்சம் அப்புறப்படுத்த வேண்டும். இல்லை என்று சொன்னால் அது குற்றமே. ஆனால் ஒரு சில இடங்களில் தவறான இடங்களில் மரங்கள் இருக்கும். அதை வெட்டுவதற்கு ஒரு சிலருக்குத் தயக்கம் இருக்கும். அதனால் அது சார்ந்த ஒரு ஒரு பரிகாரமாக ஒரு விஷயத்தை செய்ய வேண்டும். அந்த வகையில் வடக்கு கிழக்கு வடகிழக்கு பகுதியில் இருக்கின்ற மரங்களின் தீய தாக்கம் குறைய மரங்களை அகற்றி தான் ஆக வேண்டும். அப்படி அகற்றும் போது அந்த மரத்தின் அடிப்பாகத்தில் சர்க்கரை மற்றும் மஞ்சள் கலந்த அரிசியை பால் கலந்து, மரத்தின் அடிப்பகுதியில் பரப்பி பரவ வேண்டும் . இதனை ஒரு ஒன்பது நாட்கள் தொடர்ந்து செய்ய வேண்டும். அதற்கு பிறகு அந்த மரத்தை அகற்றும் பொழுது எந்த விதமான தீய பலன்களும் அந்த வெட்டுகிற மனிதருக்கு கிடையாது . அப்படி ஒரு மரத்தை வெட்டும் பொழுது, ஒரு தீபத்தை காட்டிய பிறகு மரம் வெட்ட அனுமதி வாங்கிய பிறகு வெட்டினால் தோஷம் கிடையாது.
