In Vastu terms a place should have more space left empty. A house should have as much free space inside as there is free space outside the house and parallel spaces in the four directions. If the width of the house is said to be 30 feet then there should be at least 10 feet on the east side. If it is said to be 50 feet long and one-third of it is vacant, then the house will be a Vastu house that does high yoga. If there is a chance, build a house on vacant land. In total 60% of the building and 40% of the vacant space in one place will be a house for doing yoga. I can say that this is the house of Rajayoga. It fits any size home. வாஸ்து வகையில் ஒரு இடம் என்பது அதிக இடங்களை காலியான இடமாக வைத்திருக்க வேண்டும். ஒரு இல்லத்தில் உள்ளே எவ்வளவு இடங்கள் சும்மா இருக்கும் இடமோ அதுபோல இல்லத்திற்கு வெளியிலும் அதற்கு இணையான இடங்களை நான்கு திசைகளிலும் வைத்திருக்க வேண்டும். வீட்டின் அகலம் 30 அடி இருக்க வேண்டும் என்று சொன்னால் கிழக்கு புறத்தில் குறைந்தபட்சம் ஒரு 10 அடிகள் ஆவது இருக்க வேண்டும் . 50 அடிகள் நீளம் இருக்கிறது என்று சொன்னால் அதில் மூன்றில் ஒரு பங்கு காலியிடம் இருந்தால் உயர்ந்த யோகத்தை செய்யும் வாஸ்து வீடாக அந்த வீடு இருக்கும். வாய்ப்பு இருந்தால் காலி இடத்தை இடம் விட்டு வீடு கட்டுங்கள். மொத்தத்தில் 60% கட்டிடமும் 40% ஒரு இடத்தில் காலி இடம் இருந்தால் யோகத்தை செய்கிற வீடாக இருக்கும். இதைத்தான் ராஜயோக வீடு என்று என்னால் சொல்ல முடியும். இது எந்த அளவு வீட்டிற்கும் பொருந்தும். சிறிய மனை அல்லது பெரிய மனையாக இருந்தாலும் சரி அனைத்திற்கும் இந்த வாஸ்து விதிகள் பொருந்தும்.
