காம்பவுண்ட் சுவர் உயரங்களுக்கு வாஸ்து என்று பார்க்கும் பொழுது காம்பௌண்ட் சுவர் உயரங்களை சிலர் மனம் போன போக்கில் வைத்துள்ளார்கள்.  மனம் போன போக்கு என்று சொல்லும் பொழுது கிழக்கு உயரமாகவும் வடக்கில் உயரமாகவும் தெற்கு மேற்கில் குறைந்த உயரமாக வைப்பார்கள். எக்காரணம் கொண்டும் அது போன்ற விஷயங்களை செய்யக்கூடாது. அந்த வகையில் சுற்றுச்சுவர் உயரங்கள் எப்படி இருக்க வேண்டும் என்று பார்க்கும் பொழுது சுற்றுச்சுவரின் உயரம் தெற்கில் எப்பொழுதுமே அதிகமாக இருக்க வேண்டும். அதனை விட தாழ்த்தி மேற்கு புறத்தில் வைக்கலாம். அதனை விட அரை அடிகள் தாழ்த்தி கிழக்கு புறத்தில் வைக்கலாம். எல்லா திசைகளையும் விட குறைந்த உயரத்தில் வடக்கு பகுதியில் வைக்க வேண்டும். வடக்கில் சாலை இருந்தாலும் சரி வேறொருவர் மனை இருந்தாலும் சரி, வடக்கு திசையில் சுற்றுச்சுவர் என்பது குறைவாகத்தான் இருக்க வேண்டும். ஒரு சில மக்கள் வீடு இருக்கிற பகுதிகளில் உயரம் அதிகமாகவும், வீடு இல்லாத பகுதிகளில் உயரம் குறைவாகும் வைப்பார்கள். அந்த தவறுகளை எக்காரணம் கொண்டும் செய்யக்கூடாது.  மற்றவரின் வீடு பக்கத்தில் இருந்தாலும் சரி, வீடு இல்லாவிட்டாலும் சரி எப்பொழுதுமே அந்த சுற்றுச்சுவர் என்று சொல்லக்கூடிய காம்பௌண்ட் சுவரின் உயரம் என்பது வாஸ்து விதிமுறைகளுக்கு உட்பட்டு இருக்க வேண்டும். எக்காரணம் கொண்டும் நான்கு பக்கமும் சமமாக கூட வைத்துக் கொள்ளலாம் அல்லது, தெற்கிலும் மேற்கிலும் ஒரே உயரமாகவும் அதனை விட தாழ்ந்த அமைப்பில் வடக்கிலும் கிழக்கிலும் வைத்துக் கொள்ளலாம். இந்த விதிகளை தவறி ஒரு சுற்றுச்சுவர் அமைப்பு என்பது எக்காரணம் கொண்டும் மாறிவிடக்கூடாது. அப்படி மாறுகின்ற பொழுது வாஸ்து வகையில் குற்றமாக மாறிவிடும்.
