That place will become a place where yoga is done in Vastu terms. You should not look at money in this place. If you say that you are looking at money, you can freely not do that work and even go to a rented house. It is also better if you do not make Vastu changes. If you spend money and do it wrong, it will end up as a waste of money. This is a Vastu awareness post.
