வீடு கட்டுகிற நிகழ்வுகளில் அரசாங்க விதிமுறைகள் என்பது சில இடங்களில் வாஸ்து விதிகளை பொருத்துகிற அமைப்பாக இல்லை. இந்த இடத்தில் பிரதான சாலை இருக்கிறது என்று சொன்னால் 10 அடிகள் இடம் விட வேண்டும் என்று சொல்லுகின்றார்கள். அது எந்த திசை என்பது அவர்களுக்கு முக்கியம் கிடையாது. மேற்கே இருந்தாலும் சரி, கிழக்கே இருந்தாலும் சரி, வடக்கே இருந்தாலும் சரி, தெற்கே இருந்தாலும் சரி அது அவர்களுக்கு முக்கியம் கிடையாது . இந்த இடத்தில் அவர்கள் பாதுகாப்பு என்கிற ஒரு நிகழ்வை எடுத்துக் கொள்கின்றார்கள். நான் சொல்கிற நிகழ்வு என்பது வாஸ்து அமைப்பில் ஒரு கட்டிடத்தை ஒருவர் கட்டுகிறார்கள் என்று சொன்னால் அந்த கட்டிடத்திற்கு பாதுகாப்பு என்கிற விதிமுறைகள் தேவையில்லை என்பேன். ஆக வாஸ்து விதிகளை பொறுத்திக் கொண்டு, உங்களுடைய அரசு விதிகளையும் இணைத்துக் கொண்டால் சரியாக இருக்கும் என்று சொல்வேன். ஒரு புதிய மருத்துவமனை கட்ட வாஸ்து ஆலோசனைக்காக சென்று இருந்தேன். அந்த இடத்தில் கிழக்கிலும் ஐந்து அடிகள் மேற்கு பத்து அடிகள், வடக்கில் 5அடிகள் ரோடு விட சொல்லி உள்ளனர். அதாவது சாலை மேற்கு இருக்கிறது அந்த சாலைக்கு ஒட்டி பத்து அடிகள் விட வேண்டும் என்று சொல்கின்றார்கள். அப்படி விடுகின்ற பொழுது வாஸ்து விதிகள் என்பது அந்த இடத்தில் இருக்காது என்பது நிதர்சனமான உண்மை. ஆக இந்த இடத்தில் வாஸ்து விதிகளோடு அரசாங்க விதிகளை பொறுத்திக் கொண்டு ஒரு நிலையை அறிவித்தால் நன்றாக இருக்கும் என்று சொல்வேன். இந்த நிலை என்பது தமிழ்நாட்டில் இருக்கிற திராவிட மாடல் அரசுக்கு வராது என்று கூட சொல்லலாம். காரணம் சொன்னால் ஆன்மிக சாஸ்திர தர்மத்தை நிலை நிறுத்துகிற ஒரு அரசாங்கமாக இருந்தால் வீடுகளை வாஸ்து விதிகளோடு கொஞ்சம் உற்றுப் பார்ப்பார்கள். சேர்த்துக் கொள்வார்கள் என்று கூட சொல்லலாம். கொஞ்சம் பரிசீலனை செய்வார்கள்.ஆக முழுவதுமாக எடுத்துக் கொள்ள முடியவில்லை என்று சொன்னாலும் கூட ஓரளவுக்காவது அதை பரிசீலனை செய்வார்கள் என்பது என்னுடைய தனிப்பட்ட முறையில் கருத்து. இந்த அரசாங்கம் வகுக்கும் விதிகள் இந்த இடத்தில் வாஸ்துவை நம்புகிற மக்களுக்கு சிரமமாக இருக்கிறது .அதே சமயம் வாஸ்துவை நம்பாத மக்களுக்கு அது பிரச்சனை இல்லை என்று கூட எடுத்துக் கொள்ளலாம். எதுவாக இருந்தாலும் ஒரு காலகட்டத்தில் எதாவது ஒரு நேரத்தில் காலத்தில் நம்பாதாவர்கள் கூட வாஸ்துவை எல்லோருமே பார்க்கக் கூடிய ஒரு சூழ்நிலை இருக்கும்.இந்த இடத்தில் விதிகளை உறுவாக்கும் அரசாங்கம் என்பது மக்களுக்குத் தான். மக்கள் தான் அந்த அரசாங்கமே என்பதை, அரசாங்கம் புரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும். ஒரு வாஸ்து நிபுணரை துணைக்கு வைத்துக் கொண்டு விதிமுறைகளை வகுக்க வேண்டும். இது மாநில அரசுக்கும் பொருந்தும். மத்திய அரசுக்கும் பொருந்தும்.

The reason is that if it is a government that upholds spiritual Shastra Dharma, they would look at the houses a little more closely with the Vastu rules. They would even say that they would include them. They would consider it a little. So even if they say that they cannot take it completely, they will consider it to some extent, my personal opinion is that. The rules made by this government in this place are difficult for people who believe in Vastu. At the same time, it can even be taken as not a problem for people who do not believe in Vastu. Whatever the case, at some point in time, there will be a situation where even those who do not believe in Vastu can see Vastu. The government that makes the rules in this place is for the people. The government should understand that the people are that government. The rules should be made with the help of a Vastu expert. This applies to the state government as well.
