கட்டிடம் கட்டும்போது வாஸ்து முறையை பின்பற்றுதல் மிகவும் முக்கியம். அது சார்ந்த ஒருசில கருத்துக்களை தெரிந்து கொள்வோம். கட்டிடம் கட்டத் தொடங்கும் பொழுது இன்றைய காலத்தில் பவுண்டேஷன் என்கிற முறை இருப்பது கிடையாது. பில்லர் சார்ந்த விஷயங்களை தான் என்று பயன்படுத்துகிறார்கள். இருந்தாலும் பில்லரோடு சேர்த்து பவுண்டேஷன் அமைப்பு என்பது ஒரு சில இடங்களில் எடுக்கின்றார்கள். அப்படி எடுக்கின்ற இடங்களில் முதலில் செய்ய வேண்டிய வேலை வடகிழக்கிலிருந்து வடமேற்கு வரை பள்ளம் தோண்ட வேண்டும். அதற்கு பிறகு கிழக்கிலிருந்து கிழக்கு மத்திய பாகம் வரை பள்ளம் தோண்ட வேண்டும். அதற்கு பிறகு மேற்கிலிருந்து மேற்கின் மத்திய பாகம் வரை பள்ளம் தோண்ட வேண்டும். அதன் பிறகு கிழக்கு மத்திய பாகத்தில் இருந்து தென்கிழக்கு வரை பள்ளம் தோண்ட வேண்டும்.பிறகு மேற்கு சார்ந்த தென்மேற்கு வரை பள்ளம் தோண்ட வேண்டும். பிறகு தெற்கு பகுதி முழுவதுமாக பள்ளம் பரித்து விட வேண்டும். அதாவது வானம் தோண்டுதல் என்று சொல்லுவோம். அதன் பிறகு தென்மேற்கு தெற்கு பகுதியில் இருந்து உயர படுத்த வேண்டும். பிறகு மேற்கு பகுதி உயர படுத்த வேண்டும். அதன் பிறகு கிழக்கு பகுதியை உயர படுத்த வேண்டும். அதன் பிறகு வடக்கு பகுதி உயர படுத்த வேண்டும். இப்படித்தான் கட்டிடம் கட்டும்போது வாஸ்து விதியை பின்பற்ற வேண்டும். இந்த விதி என்பது தரைத்தளத்திற்கு மேலாக வந்தாலும் இதே விதியை பயன்படுத்துவது சாலச்சிறந்தது.இதனால் வாஸ்து துணையோடு வேகமாக வேலை முடிந்து கட்டிடம் நிறைவு நிகழ்வுக்கு துணை புரியும்.
