வாஸ்து மேக்னெட்டிக் ஃபோர்ஸ் என்று சொல்லக்கூடிய காந்த சக்தியின் செயல்பாடுகள் ஒரு இடத்தின் பவரை கூட்டுகிறது குறிக்கிறது என்று சொல்லலாம். பண்டைய மனிதர்கள் பூமியின் மின்காந்த அலைகள் பற்றிய அறிவு அறிந்திருந்தார்கள். மனித உடலின் மனது இவற்றை பாதிக்கும் என்று தெரிந்து கொண்டு தான் வாழ்கின்ற பகுதியை அமைத்துக் கொண்டார்கள். ஒவ்வொரு மனித உடலுமே ஒரு காந்த துண்டு தான். ஒவ்வொரு வீடுமே ஒரு காந்தத் துண்டு தான். ஆக இரு துருவங்கள் ஒன்றை ஒன்று விலகிச் செல்கின்றது இதனால் மனிதனும் காந்தமாக செயல்படுகின்ற பொழுது அவர்களின் மனது நல்லதாக இருக்கிறது, அல்லது கெடுதலாக இருக்கிறது ஆகவே இதனை முதன்மையாகக் கொண்டு வடதசை தலை வைத்து படுக்கக் கூடாது என்று நம்முடைய முன்னோர்கள் சொல்லி இருக்கின்றார்கள். ஆக பூமியின் காந்த அலையை சரியாக திட்டமிட்டு கட்டப்படும் வீடுகளில் வசிக்கின்ற மக்களுக்கு நன்மை கிடைக்கிறது. ஆக வாஸ்துவுக்கு ஏற்ப ஒரு இல்லத்தில் வட திசையிலும், கிழ திசையிலும் சரியான முறையில் மக்கள் நுழைகிற வழியை ஏற்படுத்த வேண்டும். எப்பொழுதுமே வடகிழக்கு ஈசானம் என்று சொல்லக்கூடிய பகுதி சரியாக வாஸ்து காந்தவிசையை ஈர்க்கின்ற அமைப்பாக இருக்கின்றது. அதை சரியான முறையில் அமைக்கின்ற பொழுது வாஸ்து வகையில் யோகத்தைக் கொடுக்கும்.
