வாஸ்து வகையில் கட்டிடம் கட்டித் தருகிற மக்கள் செய்கின்ற பெரிய தவறு என்னை பொறுத்த அளவில் அது வடகிழக்கு தவறாக பார்க்கப்படுகிறது. வடக்கு பார்த்த, கிழக்கு பார்த்த வீடுகளில் இந்த தவறுகளை எக்காரணம் கொண்டும் செய்யக்கூடாது. இதே தவறுகள் தெற்கு பார்த்த, மேற்கு பார்த்த வீடுகளில் செய்தால் கூட பெரிய அளவில் பாதிப்பை கொடுக்காது. ஆனால் வடக்கு பார்த்த கிழக்கு பார்த்த வீடுகளில் அந்த தவறுகளை செய்யும்போது பாதிப்பு கொடுத்து விடும். அதாவது போர்டிகோ அமைப்பு என்பதற்காக கார் இருசக்கர வாகனங்களை நிறுத்தி வைக்க இடம் வேண்டும் என்கிற விசயத்திற்கு அவர்கள் செய்கிற ஒரு வேலை வடகிழக்கு போர்டிகோ அமைப்பில் கிழக்கு விடாக இருந்தால் வடக்கு புறத்தில் சுற்றுச்சுவரில் பில்லர் ஏற்படுத்தி வீட்டை வளர்த்து விடுவது. வடக்கு வீடாக இருந்தால் கிழக்கு சுற்றுச்சுவரில் பில்லர் ஏற்படுத்தி வளர்த்து விடுவது . இந்த தவறுகள் வாஸ்து வழியில் தவறானது. இதை எக்காரணம் கொண்டும் செய்யக்கூடாது என்பது எனது கருத்து. இது போன்ற வீடுகளை வாஸ்து பார்க்கிற மக்கள் வாங்க கூடாது என்பதும் எனது கருத்து.

If it’s a north-facing house, they extend it by creating a pillar in the eastern part of the compound wall. These mistakes are wrong according to Vastu principles. My opinion is that this should not be done under any circumstances. It is also my opinion that people who follow Vastu should not buy such houses.
