ஒரு தொழிற்சாலை சார்ந்த இடத்தை வாடகைக்கு பிடிக்கின்ற பொழுது, அதன் இடத்தின் அமைப்பு என்பது மிக மிக முக்கியம். வாஸ்து விதிகளில் பிரதானமாக இருக்கக்கூடிய ஒரு விதி என்பது வடக்கும் கிழக்கும் பள்ளங்கள், தெற்கு மேற்கு உயரமான அமைப்பு. அப்படி இருக்கின்ற பொழுது நாம் பிடிக்கிற ஒரு கட்டிடம் வரிசையாக இருக்கின்ற பொழுது, வாடகைக்கு பிடித்தாலும் சரி நாம் சொந்தமாக கட்டிடம் கட்டினாலும் சரி தென்மேற்கு கட்டிடத்தை கொஞ்சம் பொது விதிகளுக்கு, பொது வேலைகளுக்கு விட்டு விடுங்கள். அதே சமயம் எங்களைப் போன்றிருக்கிற வாஸ்து நிபுணர்கள் சொல்வார்கள், தென்மேற்கு பகுதியை நாம் கையில் வைத்திருக்க வேண்டும் என்று சொல்வார்கள். அது இன்றைய காலத்திற்கு அது மூடநம்பிக்கையாக பார்க்கப்படுகிறது. பழைய காலத்தில் அது பொருந்தி வந்தது . ஆனால் நவீன காலத்தில் அது பொருந்தாது. ஏனென்று சொன்னால் பழைய காலத்தில் இந்த சாஸ்திரத்தை சொல்லுகின்ற பொழுது குறைந்த அளவில் கட்டிடம் என்பது இருந்தது. இன்று இந்த சாஸ்திரத்தை சொல்லுகின்ற காலத்தில் நிறைய கட்டிடங்கள் இருக்கின்றது. எடுத்துக்காட்டாக ஒரு ஆயிரம் வருடங்களுக்கு முன்பு தமிழ்நாட்டில் ஒரு 10 லட்சம் மக்கள் தொகை இருந்திருப்பார்கள். ஆனால் இன்று எட்டுகோடி மக்கள் தொகை இருக்கின்றோம். பெரியவர்கள் சிறியவர்கள் அவர்களோடு சேர்த்து. ஆக இந்த விதி இன்று பயன்படாது என்பது எனது வாஸ்து அனுபவங்கள் ஆகும். ஆக இந்த விசயத்தில் தெரிந்து கொண்டு தென்மேற்கு பகுதி உபயோகத்தில் எடுத்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள்.
