வாஸ்து சார்ந்த விஷயத்தில் வரவேற்பறை என்று சொல்லக்கூடிய லிவிங் ஹால் என்கிற விஷயம் வாஸ்து வகையில் சரியான வகையில் வர வேண்டும். அப்படிப்பட்ட அந்த லிவிங் ஹால் என்று சொல்லக்கூடிய ஒரு பகுதி எப்பொழுதுமே பிரம்மஸ்தானத்துடன் இணைந்து இருந்தால் மிகுந்த யோகத்தை கொடுக்கும். ஆனால் இன்றைக்கு கட்டுகிற மக்கள் 50% மக்கள் அதை பொருத்தி கட்டுவது கிடையாது. பிரம்மஸ்தானம் என்பது ஒரு இல்லத்தின் மையப்பகுதி. முடிந்த அளவிற்கு ஒரு இல்லத்திற்கு மையப் பகுதியாக இருக்கக்கூடிய மனைக்கு மையப்பகுதியாக இருக்கக்கூடிய பிரமஸ்தானத்தை வாஸ்து வகையில் பொறுத்திக் கொள்வது நலம். அப்பொழுது மிகுந்த யுகத்தைச் செய்கிற ஒரு மனையாக, ஒரு வீடாக, ஒரு கட்டிடமாக இருக்கும். இந்த பிரம்மஸ்தானம் என்பது ஒரு வணிக நிறுவனத்திற்கும் முக்கிய முடிவுகள் எடுக்கக் கூடிய இடமாக, அனைவரும் உட்காருகிற இடமாக, அனைவரையும் சந்திக்க கூடிய, மக்கள் அனைவரும் அமர்ந்திருக்கிற இடமாக ஒரு பிரம்மஸ்தானம் பகுதியில் ஒரு கட்டிடம் வரவேற்பறையாக வைத்தீர்கள் என்றால் நல்லது. அதேபோல் மருத்தவமனை  கட்டிடத்தில் இருக்கும் தளத்திற்கும் மிகுந்த யோகத்தை செய்யும். அந்த வகையில் வாஸ்து வகையில் வரவேற்பு அறையை  பார்த்து ஒரு கட்டிடத்தை கட்ட வேண்டும்.
