வாஸ்துரீதியாக ஒரு அறைகள் அமைக்கின்ற பொழுது சுற்றுசுவரின் சேர்த்து அறைகளை அமைக்க கூடாது. அதாவது நமது மக்கள் இட பற்றாக்குறை காரணமாக அமைத்துக் கொள்வார்கள். அதனை எக்காரணம் கொண்டும் அமைக்க வேண்டாம். குறிப்பாக தெற்கு பகுதிகளோ மேற்கு பகுதியிலோ ஒரே ஒழுங்கிற்கு ஒரு செவ்வகமாக அல்லது சதுரமாக ஒரு செல்போன் வடிவத்தில் ஒரு சோப்பு டப்பா வருகிற ஒரு அமைப்பில் தாராளமாக அமைத்துக் கொள்ளலாம். ஆனால் ஒரு பக்கத்தை வளர்த்து எக்காரணம் கொண்டும் அமைக்க கூடாது. அப்படி அமைக்கின்ற பொழுது ஏதாவது ஒரு மூலை இல்லாமல் போகிற ஒரு நிகழ்வாக மாறிவிடும். இந்த இடத்தில் தென்கிழக்கு வளர்த்து கட்டினால் உச்சப் பகுதியில் எடையை கொடுக்கக் கூடாது. அங்கு காலியிடம் இருக்க வேண்டும். வடமேற்கை இழுத்து கட்டினால் உச்ச பகுதியில் காலியிடம் இருக்க வேண்டும். வளர்த்து கட்டக்கூடாது. வடகிழக்கில் உச்ச பகுதியை வளர்த்து கட்டினால் அது குற்றமாக முடிந்து விடும். அந்த இடத்தில் காலியிடம் இருக்க வேண்டும். ஆக இதனை கவனித்து ஒரு கட்டிடத்தை அறைகளை அமைக்கின்ற பொழுது கவனம் வாஸ்து ரீதியாக மிக மிக முக்கியம். அதற்காகத்தான் சொல்கின்றோம் எந்த மூலையையும் இழுத்து சேர்த்தோ அல்லது சுற்றுச்சுவர் இல்லாமலோ ஒரு கட்டிடத்தை வளர்த்து கட்டக்கூடாது. முக்கியமாக வடகிழக்கு போர்டிகோ பகுதியை இழுத்த அமைப்பில் கிழக்கு சுவரிலோ அதாவது சுவரிலோ வடக்கு சுற்றுச்சுவரிலோ அமைத்துக் கொள்வார்கள். அது மிக மிக வாஸ்துரீதியாக தவறு. அது குழந்தைகள் மீதும் பெரியவர்கள் மீதும் அது குற்றத்தை காண்பித்து விடும்.
