வாஸ்து குற்றங்கள் என்ன என்று பார்க்கும் பொழுது ஒரு கட்டிடத்தில் ஒரு இடத்தில் கிழக்குப் பகுதியில் மட்டும் கட்டிடத்தை கட்டுவது என்பது மிக மிக தவறு. அதேபோல ஒரு இடத்தில் வடக்கு பகுதியில் மட்டும் கட்டிடங்களை கட்டுவது என்பது மிக மிக தவறு. அப்படிப்பட்ட இடங்களில் வடக்கில் கட்டிடம் கட்டும் பொழுது தெற்கு முழுவதும் காலியிடமாக இருக்கும். கிழக்கில் கட்டிடங்களை கட்டும் பொழுது மேற்கு முழுவதும் காலியாக இருக்கும். அப்படிப்பட்ட இடங்களில் கிழக்கில் கட்டிடம் கட்டினால் ஆண்களுக்கு பாதிப்பையும், வடக்கில் கட்டிடம் கட்டினால் பெண்களுக்கு பாதிப்பையும் கொடுக்கும் . ஒரு இடத்தில் ஆண்களின் உத்தியோக நிலை ஆண்களின் உழைப்பு, ஆண்களின் வேலை வாய்ப்பு, ஆண்கள் கடன்காரர்களாக மாறுகிற செயல்களை கொடுத்து அவர்களை முன்னேற்றத்திற்கு எந்த விதமான இல்லாத மனிதர்களாக வாழவைத்துக் கொண்டு இருக்கிற நிகழ்வை வாஸ்து வகையில் கிடைக்கும் என்பது நிதர்சனமான உண்மை. ஆக கட்டிடம் இல்லாத இருக்கும் அமைப்பாக , கட்டிடம் இருப்பதை தடுக்கும் விதமாக ஒரு வாஸ்து மாற்றங்களை செய்ய வேண்டும். இல்லை என்று சொன்னால் கட்டடத்தை இடித்துவிட்டு காலியிடமாக வேறு இடத்துக்கு சென்று விட வேண்டும் . அதேபோல வடக்கு காலியிடங்கள் இருக்கும் பொழுது பெண்களை அதாவது வடக்கில் கட்டிடங்கள் இருந்து தெற்கும் காலியிடம் இருக்கும் பொழுது பெண்களின் நிலையிலும், ஒரு சொத்து சேர்வது, ஒரு தங்கம் சேர்வது போன்ற நிகழ்வுகளை பாதிப்பை கொடுத்து பெரிய அளவில் முன்னேற்றம் இல்லாத வாழ்க்கையை அவர்களுக்கு கொடுக்கும். இந்த அமைப்பு எப்பொழுதுமே தவறான ஒரு அமைப்பு . ஆக இது போன்ற கட்டிடங்களில் வாழ்கின்ற மக்கள் ஒன்று காலியிடத்தில் கட்டடத்தை சேர்த்து கட்ட வேண்டும் இல்லை என்றால் இருக்கிற கட்டடத்தை எடுத்து விட வேண்டும்.
