ஒரு இல்லத்தின் நுழைவு வாயில் என்பது வாஸ்து வகையில் மிக மிக முக்கியம். அந்த வகையில் சுற்றுச்சுவர் இருக்கிறது என்று சொன்னால் அதில் சரியான திசையில் சரியான இடத்தில் சுற்றுச்சுவரின் கதவை அமைக்க வேண்டும். கிழக்கு பார்த்த வீடு என்று சொன்னால் சுற்று சுவரின் கதவு என்பது வடகிழக்கு கிழக்கிலும், சிறிய கதவு என்று வரும் பொழுது கிழக்கு வாசல் கதவு கிழக்கின் பாதி பகுதிக்கு உள்ளாக வடக்கு பகுதியில் வருவது போல அமைத்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். அதேபோல வடக்கு பகுதியில் அமைகின்ற பொழுது சிறிய கதவு என்பது வடக்கின் பாதி பகுதிக்கு கிழக்காகவும், பெரிய கதவு என்பது வடகிழக்கு பகுதியிலும் அமைக்க வேண்டும். அதேபோல மேற்கு புறத்தில் கதவு வருகின்ற பொழுது மேற்கின் வடக்கு ஒட்டிய அமைப்பில் பெரிய கதவை வைத்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். தெற்கு பார்த்த வீடாக இருந்தால் அந்த சுற்றுச்சுவர் தெற்கு பகுதியின் கிழக்கு ஒட்டிய அமைப்பில் தெற்கு பார்த்து பெரிய கதவை வைத்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். ஆக நுழைவாயில் கதவு என்பது சுற்றுச்சுவரின் கதவு என்பது வாஸ்து வகையில் சரியான முறையில் இருக்க வேண்டும். அது வாஸ்து வகையில் மிகுந்த யோகத்தை செய்யும். இந்த இடத்தில் திசைகாட்டியும் முக்கியம். திசைகாட்டியில் பொறுத்திக் கொண்டும் அமைத்துக் கொள்ளலாம்.
