சமையலறை வாஸ்து Kitchen Vastu
சமையலறை என்பது வாஸ்து வகையில் இருப்பது மிக மிக முக்கியம். மனிதன் வாழ்வதற்கு கட்டாயம் தேவையானது உணவு.அந்த உணவு சரியான இடத்தில் சரியான முறையில் சமைக்கின்ற உணவாக இருந்தால் மட்டுமே உடலுக்கு ஊக்கம் கொடுத்து யோகத்தை செய்கிற ஒரு அமைப்பாக இருக்கும். அந்த வகையில் சமையலறை அமைக்கின்ற பொழுது முதல் தரமான சமையலறை என்பது தென்கிழக்கு பகுதி மட்டுமே. எப்பொழுதுமே சமைக்கின்ற பொழுது சென்னை போன்ற பெரிய நகரங்களில் மனம் போனபோக்கில் வடக்கு பார்த்த, தெற்கு பார்த்த சமைப்பது போல சமையல் அறை அமைக்கின்றார்கள். அடுக்குமாடி குடியிருப்புகளிலும்தவறான இந்த விஷயம் இருக்கின்றது. எக்காரணம் கொண்டும் அந்த தவறுகளை செய்து ஒரு கட்டிடத்தில் சமையல் அறையை அமைக்க கூடாது. சமையல் சமைக்கிற பெண்மணி என்பவர் கிழக்கு பார்த்து மட்டுமே சமைக்க வேண்டும். அடுத்ததாக இரண்டாம் நிலை சமையல் அறை என்பது சரியான இடத்தில் சரியான முறையில் வர வேண்டும். அது வடமேற்கு சார்ந்த பகுதியாக இருக்க வேண்டும். மொத்த இடத்தில் நான்கு பகுதியாக பிரித்து முடிந்த அளவுக்கு வடமேற்கு வர வேண்டும். முடியவில்லை என்றால் மூன்று பாகமாக பிடித்து, அந்த மூன்றில் வடமேற்கு வருவது போல அமைத்துக் கொள்வது சாலச் சிறந்தது . அந்த அறையிலும் கிழக்கு பார்த்து தான் சமைக்க வேண்டும். அப்படி கிழக்கு பார்த்து சமைக்கின்ற பொழுது அந்த கட்டிடத்தில் நடுப்பகுதியில் சமைப்பது போல வரும். அதையும் கவனத்தில் கொண்டு சரியான முறையில் சமநிலையில் சமையலறை அமைத்து வாஸ்து முறையில் சமையல் அறை கூடம் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
