வாஸ்துவில் வடக்கு பாகம் என்று பார்க்கும் பொழுது, வடக்கின் பலன்கள் பெண்களின் மீதும், சொத்தின் மீதும் இருக்கும். வடக்கு பாக இல்ல அமைப்பில் வடக்கு புற அறையில் தரை மட்டம் என்பது எல்லா திசைகளையும் விட கொஞ்சம் குறைவாக இருப்பது நலம். இந்த இடத்தில் படிகளுக்கு லாப நஷ்ட கணக்கு பார்க்கும் செயலை ஊக்குவித்துக் கொண்டு மட்டங்களில் கோட்டை விட்டு விட வேண்டாம் . அதேபோல கீழ்தள கட்டிடம் மட்டுமின்றி மேல் தள கட்டிடத்தையும் கொஞ்சம் இறக்கி கட்டுவது நலம். வடக்கு வாசல் வீட்டுக்கு கிழக்கில் இடம் இல்லை என்றால் கிழக்கில் கடைசியாக இருக்கும் ஈசானிய வீடு யோகத்தை கொடுக்கும். ஒருவேளை அந்த வீட்டிற்கு ஈசானியம் இல்லாமல் இருந்தால் மேற்கில் இருக்கிற வீடு அல்லது அதற்கு அடுத்த இரண்டாவது விடோ தெருவில் கடைசியில் இருக்கிற மேற்கு புற மனையில் இருக்கும் வீடுகளோ யோகத்தை கொடுக்கும். வடக்கு வாசல் வீடுகளின் தலைவாசல் தெருவுக்கு தெரியும்படி சுற்றுச்சுவரை இழுத்துக் கட்டுவது நலம்.Vastu Northern part
சுவர் வீடு கட்டிய பிறகு தான் சுற்றுசுவர் கட்ட வேண்டும். ஒருவேளை வீட்டை வாடகைக்கு கொடுக்கிற நிலையாக இருந்தால் உச்ச பாகத்தை உரிமையாளர் வைத்துக் கொண்டு, நீச்ச பாகத்தை வாடகைக்கு கொடுப்பது நலம். வாடகைக்கு இருக்கிற நபர் காலி செய்தால், உடனடியாக வேறு ஒருவரை அமர்த்தி விடுவது நலம். அல்லது நீங்களே தொடர்ந்து உபயோகிக்கிற விதமாக அமைத்துக் கொள்வது நலம். ஆக வடக்கு பார்த்த வீடுகளை எனது வாஸ்து பயணத்தில் முதல் தரமான மனைகள் என்று சொல்லுவேன்.
